Attention Students!  Start planning your entry for this year’s film contest.  ICC is looking for quality short films that exemplify service-learning and civic engagement on our member campuses.  The winning film will premiere at the 2009 Governor’s Conference on Service and Volunteerism October 28-29, 2009.
